Over 3000 volunteer hours accomplished critical home repairs for 124 SAW area residents living in 70 homes in FY 23.

What: Repairs (not total rebuilds prior to occupancy), or accessibility modifications, are done at no cost to the homeowner occupying the home.

Who: RHGA considers income, age, homeownership and occupancy, and disability when reviewing and approving repairs.

Where: Homes in Staunton, Augusta County and Waynesboro

Income eligibility: Income of everyone living in the home must be at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines (see table).
